Clinician/Registered Behavior Technician

Main purpose of: To perform general administrative duties, provide support to clinicians, and develop the skill set to be in a direct service role
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Complete a BCBA or BCaBA course sequence
- Establish and maintain rapport with children, families, and school staff
- Collaborate with family and treatment team to provide treatment effectively
- Provide psychoeducation to children, families, and school staff
- Assist clinical psychologists and BCBAs in implementing behavior programs
- Participate in scheduled collaborative meetings and supervision
- Accurately collect and graph behavior data
- Collect procedural integrity
- Monitor the implementation of behavior intervention plans
- Assist with making visuals and supports for treatment
- Write a newsletter to be posted on social media and/or sent to families and school staffÂ
Qualifications:
- Pursuing Master’s Degree
- Commitment to becoming a Registered Behavioral Technician and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
